Thrive Life JUNE 2025 specials 🫐🫐🫐
Each month Thrive Life offers sales on specific items. In June 2025 there's a new step! Use the simple discount code SAVE to get the very best pricing on all sale items. Also, if you buy six or more of any item (same size) then you'll get an extra 5% off.
In June we do have those two new changes mentioned above, but the sale items follow a familiar format:
- one bundle offered in the pantry can size
- another bundle offered in the family can (#10 can) size
- ten individual items on sale (most available in both the smaller pantry can and larger family can size)
Let me guide you through the current sale items in the video below:
What did I buy for June 2025?
I bought a pantry can bundle for myself and one for my adult sons. They live in campers and don't have much fridge space, so freeze-dried food makes a lot of sense for them to use almost daily!
I also got a six-pack of the shredded mozzarella cheese. If you buy six or more of any like-size item you'll save an extra 5%. There's no coupon code needed for the bulk discount, but don't forget to use the code SAVE to get 5% off of the specials.
Here's an update from ThriveLife: Going forward, simply enter coupon code SAVE at checkout to unlock your Monthly Delivery Specials discounts. This small change actually means more items will now receive a larger discount each month.
Other things to stock up on in June 2025, if you're on baby steps 3 or beyond:
- Imported items before tariffs take effect, like olive oil, canned tuna, Italian pasta, and coconut oil.
- Local produce if you grow it or can buy it at a bargain then preserve, especially berries!

This month I set up my Delivery cart to check out on 6/21 and I added two of the pantry can bundles to it. Because I am a Thrive Life consultant (you can join my team, too, and get free groceries!) I earn Thrive Credit and after applying this to my cart I'm left within my monthly budget of $100-150.
I also got six of the mozzarella cheese cans. Adding shelf-stable dairy to the pantry is hard because most items at the store aren't that healthy.... but at least I know these freeze-dried items are GMO-free!
In Baby Step 4 you'll start investing 10-15% of your food budget into your food future. This could mean planting fruit and nut trees, buying half a cow, investing in equipment like a pressure canner or deep freezer... and most months I use the majority of my Baby Step 4 funds on Thrive Life ingredients.
This pantry can bundle includes eight popular items at 30% off AND with free shipping:
Mashed Potatoes - This starch is good for shepherds pie, mashed potatoes, and thickening soups or sauces
Chopped Spinach - I grow spinach and didn't see much value in buying this until I tried it! It's nice to be able to quickly throw in a handful of greens to a soup, pasta, or skillet dinner. It's also easy to add to smoothies!
Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze-dried cheese sounds pretty scary and repulsive, right? It's actually pretty darn good! Dairy has become a priority for me to stockpile in 2025 because I just wouldn't like to go without cheese!
Diced Chicken - This is so easy to cook with, and protein is the priority!
Instant Refried Beans - Here's a new-to-me product. I can't wait to try this. Buying in the pantry can size allows me to test ingredients in the kitchen easily (though most items have are good for a full year after you open them).
Chopped Onions - I hope my husband never notices how frequently I cheat and used the chopped onions (and onion slices) in cooking. Even though onions are one of my favorite crops to grow, I sure hate to tear up every time I cook dinner. When I'm in a hurry, when I'm too lazy to pull out the cutting board and knife, or when I just don't feel like crying, I reach for these!
Sweet Corn - This is good even as a snack right out of the can! I'm not crazy about canned corn (though I do store cases of it) so this is a great option for me to make a side dish or include in soups. Much of the corn sold in the US is gmo so I appreciate Thrive's commitment to GMO-free.
Green Beans - This is another ingredient I don't think we've tried before. I'm going to pick out a few recipes from the Thrive Life website to test. like perhaps this Cheesy Sausage Green Bean Casserole.
